Captain K’Sai the Great, a Wild Elf who followed his tribe across the seas. Dark Harbor was the closest thing to a home his Galleon The Leviathan’s Claw knew. Captain K’Sai was known to go after those who sought to take too much from the seas and those whose greed knew no bounds.

Captain Yvane the Fabled
Captain Yvane the Fabled, this Einhar stood strong with her tribe and held to the values of the sea. Captain Yvane was a devout follower of Eindridil and is believed to be the source of most superstitions that those in Dark Harbor still hold true to this day. Yvane Captained the Silent Reaper whose flags one wished to never see outside of port.

Captain Jessrik the Beloved
Captain Jessrik the Beloved, the sole human among the three. Captain Jessrik commanded a fleet of ships including the legendary Black Saber. This great Pirate Lord came to be through his willingness to fight, but also through his mercy when it came to the crews of prizes he had taken.

The Three each commanded a fleet of ships, and at least a dozen captains had sworn their allegiance to each.
For three days the Pirate Lords and their captains were locked in heated debate as to the specifics to include in the Accord.
When they had finished, the Lords signed the document in the blood of one traitorous captain who had attempted to betray them…
